FAQ

Networking & Connection Opportunities

What kinds of networking events does the Chamber offer?
We host a variety of events — from in-person socials like Business After Hours to virtual meetups like 2sday Connects. We also hold special programs like the FastBreak Mayors’ Breakfast for connecting with city leaders, and larger gatherings tied to signature events and expos.
Do I have to be a member to attend networking events?
Some events are open to the public, but most networking opportunities are exclusive to members or offer discounted rates for members. Joining gives you full access and priority invitations.
How can I use these events to promote my business?
Members can host events at their own location, share business updates during virtual sessions, and be featured at ribbon cuttings or in Chamber media. It’s a great way to build visibility and stay top of mind in the business community.
I don’t have a storefront or physical office — can I still host an event?
You sure can! If you don’t have a space of your own, you can host events at the Chamber office or collaborate with another member business. We’ll work with you to find the right fit.
What’s the best event for new members to start with?
2sday Connects is a great low-pressure, virtual way to get to know other members. Business After Hours is also ideal for making in-person connections in a relaxed setting.
How do I stay informed about upcoming events?
Subscribe to our weekly newsletter, check the online calendar, and follow us on social media. We share all upcoming networking opportunities across these channels.
